1685 Will of Robert Hayne

 

 

I Robert Hayne of Yeovil in the County of Sommersett Doe make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme as followeth Imprimis my Will that my Wife Annah Hayne shall have the use of all my householdgoods During her Widdowhood and presently after her marriage to another or death I give my aforesaid Householdgoods unto my Two Daughters Mary Hayne and Annah Hayne to bee equally divided betweene them  Item I give to my sonne Giles Hayne All my Books and Gold Rings  Item I give to my servant maide Mary Hellier Tenne shillings  Item I give to my father Gyles Hayne Sen my Goldring  Lastly I make my father Giles Hayne sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament in Trust for my Two Daughters Mary Hayne and Annah Hayne and for the only use behoofe and benefitt of them and either of them  In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this Seaventh day of November in the first yeare of the Reigne of James the second King of England etc [Anno Dom] One thousand six hundred eighty five
