1803 Will of Mathew Merefield Naish

Gentleman

 

This is the last Will and testament of me Mathew Merefield Naish of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Gentleman I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever unto my brother Thomas Naish of Shaftsbury in the County of Dorset Gentleman his heirs and assigns for ever absolutely and I do hereby nominate and appoint him whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and three

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Mathew Merefield Naish as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at London 14th July 1831 before the Judge by the oath of Thomas Naish Esquire the brother the sole executor to whom adm[inistrati]on was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer
