1836 will of John Wreford

Yeoman

 

I John Wreford of the parish of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Yeoman do make and ordain this writing to be and contain my last Will and Testament I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Mary Wreford all my Household Goods and Furniture with all the interest of my money during her natural life I give my son John Wreford six pounds in money and all my wearing apparel I give my Granson Albert Warren one pound in money William Wreford my Grandson one pound and George Wreford my Grandson one pound to be deposited in the Saving Bank until they each arrive at the age of twenty one years I give my daughter Frances Wreford five pounds also I give my daughter Elizabeth Wreford five pounds their executors administrators or assigns And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Daughters Mary Wills Thomazin Warren Elizabeth Wreford Ann Wreford Frances Wreford and Susannah Wreford joint Executors of this my last Will and testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six

Proved at London 20th September 1836 before the Judge by the Oath of Frances Wreford Spinster the Daughter one of the Executrixes to whom Adm[inistrati]on was granted having been first Sworn by Commission duly to Administer power reserved of making the like Grant to Mary Wills (Wife of Lawrence Wills) Thomazin Warren (Wife of Joseph Warren) and Elizabeth Wreford Ann Wreford and Susannah Wreford Spinsters the Daughters also the other Executrixes when they shall apply for the same
