In the name of God Amen I Francis Pope of Yeaviell in the Countie of Somersett Teecher Beinge sicke of Body but of perfect memorie Doe make my last Will & Testam[en]t in manner and forme as followeth Inprimis I give my soule to God my maker Trusting in the meritts of Jesus Christ to have live everlasing And my Body to bee buried in the Churchyard of yeavell Item I give and bequeath unto William Puding sonne of William Puding The summe of Fower pounds and Chilver lambe Item I give and bequeath unto Richard Puding sonne of the said William Puding The summe of Fower pounds one pur lambe Item I make and ordaine my well beloved brother William Puding my full whole and sole Executor of this my last will and testament In Witnes whereof I the said Francis Pope have hereunto set my hand and seale the Third day of October in the yeare of our lord God One thousand sixe hundred Fiftie fower

This will was proved att London the Thirtieth day of March in the yeare of our lord God One thousand sixe hundred Fiftie and five Before the Jusges for Probate of Wills and grantinge of Administration lawfully authorized By the Oath of William Pudding the Brother and Executor named in the said Will To whom Administration of all and singular the goods Chattells and Debts of the said Deceased was Committed Hee being first sworne by Commission to Administer the same
