Widow
In the Name of God Amen
I Mary Bullock
of Yeovill in
the County of
Somerset Widow
being weak of
body but of
sound mind and
memory thanks be
to God for the
same do make
this my last
Will and
Testament in
manner following
First I give
unto my daughter
Mary Bullock the
[Halfendeal?] of
all my household
Goods and
Furniture and
also five
hundred pounds
in money over
and above the
Securityes I
have delivered
her in lieu of
her right and
Claime which she
may have or
Claim out of her
late Fathers and
Sisters Estate
which five
hundred pounds
my will is shall
be paid her in
Three years
after my decease
I give to my to
Sister in Laws
Mary Bullock and
Mary Hoskins
Three Guineas
each and to Mary
the Daughter of
my said Sister
in Law Mary
Hoskins I give
Ten pounds and
to her other
Daughter Rose
Holway I forgive
her all the
money she
anywise stands
indebted to me
on note or
otherwise and I
doe hereby order
my Executor
hereinafter
named to deliver
her the plate I
have of hers in
my Custody I
also give unto
Samuel Lester
Five pounds to
be paid him with
Interest from my
death when he
attains his age
of One and
Twenty years I
also give and
hereby Enjoyne
my Executor
hereinafter
named his heirs
and Assigns to
give and
distribute
yearly for ever
the sume of
Fifty Shillings
to and amongst
the preacher of
the Baptist
Congregation on
Yeovill
aforesaid for
the time being
and such other
private person
or persons of
that perswasion
in Yeovill
aforesaid in
such manner and
proportion as my
said Executor
hereinafter
named his heirs
and Assigns
shall think fit
I give all my
real Estate
whatsoever or
wheresoever unto
my son George
Bullock his
heirs and
assigns for ever
and as to all
the rest and
residue of my
personal Estate
of what nature
or kind soever
not hereinbefore
by me given I
give devise and
bequeath unto my
said Son George
Bullock whom I
hereby make
constitute and
appoint full
whole and Sole
Executor of this
my last Will and
Testament herby
revoking all
former Wills by
me at any time
heretofore made
and declaring
this only to be
my last Will In
Witness whereof
I have hereunto
set my hand and
