I the underwritten Nicholas Permegan or Permingham now of Yeovil in the County of Somerset do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved Friend Miss Maria Selina Sellecke of Cullumpton in the County of Devon all my Estates whether real or personal whether in possession or reversion all my Household Goods Furniture wearing Apparel in fine all my Effects whatsoever or wheresoever hereby making and appointing her whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament which I have written entirely with my own Hand and subscribe it this eighth day of October in the year one thousand seven hundred and seventy eight at Yeovil in Somersetshire

Signed Sealed and Declared to be the last Will and Testament of Nich[ola]s Perbnegan in the presence of us

Since my making and signing the above Will the above mentioned Maria Selina Sellecke became my Wife and I hereby ratify and confirm the disposition I made to her

This Will was proved at London with a Codicil the eighth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty three before the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Maria Selina Pernegan otherwise Perningham formerly Sellecke Widow the Relict of the Deceased and the sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer
