1809 will of Mary Warry

Spinster

 

This is the last Will of me Mary Warry of Yeovil Spinster made this 28th of June 1809 I give my Nephew John Warry of Yetminster Dorset the sum of Seventy pounds being a sum of money which has been long since in his hands as Executor of his Father W[illia]m Warry deceased and which was part of my Patrimonial property I give and bequeath the Interest of all the rest of my personal Estate to my Sister Edith Woolmington Widow and from and after her decease I give the sum of Fifty pounds to each of my Nieces Eunice and Elizabeth Shorland and the sum of Ten pounds each to my Nephews William Warry Thomas Warry George Warry Thomas Shorland and John Shorland and whatever shall remain of my personal Estate after paying such legacies I give and bequeath unto my Nephew William Warry In trust for my Great Niece Mary the daughter of my said Nephew Thomas Shorland to be paid her at the Age of twenty one years and I appoint the said William Warry Executor In trust for the purposes above mentioned In witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above mentioned

Proved at London 7th March 1818 before the worshipful Samuel Pearce parson Doctor of Laws & Surrogate by the Oath of William Warry the Nephew and sole Executor to whom adm[inistrati]on was granted having been first sworn duly to adm[iniste]r
