1852 will of Mary Ann Pickford

Spinster of Yeovil

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Pickford of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Spinster daughter of James and Bridget Pickford of Yeovil aforesaid the County of Somerset aforesaid  After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences I give devise and bequeath unto my Sister Ann Pickford Spinster of Yeovil aforesaid the County of Somerset aforesaid All and every my property or securities for property personal or otherwise wheresoever found and by whomsoever held for her sole and exclusive use and benefit As witness my hand this sixth day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty two

Signed and acknowledged by the said Mary Ann Pickford the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us being present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

On the 4th day of January 1853 administration with the Will annexed of the goods chattels and credits of Mary Ann Pickford late of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Spinster deceased was granted to Ann Pickford Spinster the Sister the universal Legatee named in the said Will having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer  No executor named in the said Will
