Glove Manufacturers of West Hendford
Tarantella (Edna Kirby) Ltd was a small, short-lived glove manufacturing company of the early 1970s. Their first listing in the trade directories that I could find was in Kelly's Directory of 1970 in which they were listed as glove manufacturers of 56 West Hendford. The final listing I found was in Kelly's Directory of 1974.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think that 56 West Hendford was where the old candle factory had been in the 1880s on the corner of Wellington Street, later Taylor's paint stores - can anyone confirm?
