Copyright belongs to the photographer or his heirs for 70 years after the death of the photographer - not any old Tom, Dick or Harry who happens to have a print, postcard or a digital copy on their website, etc. If any photographer has a GENUINE claim to the copyright of any of these photos, please contact me and I'll either acknowledge or remove them as appropriate
